I force close safari and restart my Mac, check my downloads folder and there were 30 or so 2 byte files named 'unknown'. I have since deleted them, cleared my cookies and history from safari, and using Netflix and iTunes solely from now on. Question is, has my Mac been adversely affected and is there malicious malware lingering?
